Mr. Finck is trustee for a trust fund I created for my children. The rules of the trust require him to provide trustors and beneficiaries with an annual accounting. I've been writing and calling, even called his partner, requesting this statement with zero response. None of us seem to know how much money remains in the trust! This posting is a 'hail Mary' attempt to get the statement.
