Horrible service! Totally screwed up our taxes 3 years running. They do not listen to clients even though they take notes they do not put down information told to them. they got our taxes delayed then audited.

Eleanor and her associates have been very helpful with our tax preparation as well as providing insight with all of our questions. We've enjoyed our interaction and her user friendly approach to resolving concerns and making the experience pleasant and less stressful.
