Consuelo (Carmen) has been my tax accountant for a few years (4) and things seemed to be going well. For this year, 2015 she has left me completely in the dark. I submitted all required paperwork and break down of expenses for a business i started that year. She did not complete my return before the April 15th deadline. I've made numerous attempts to contact her via text and phone with very few replies. The few times she does reply, she said follow up with her in a few days only to not return my calls again. I've even asked for her to forward my 2014 return so i can go elsewhere which she also hasn't done after a few months. I've chased long enough and at a loss of what to do. she has gone on vacation and also made claims to be in the hospital as the reasons why it was not completed. Stay away! very unprofessional.
