Client Reviews of Rosaline Anderson Randall

I met with Mrs. Anderson in February of 2015 about doing my 2014 business taxes. I gave her all the information she asked for including my past 2 year bank statements with all the account information on them. I call at the end of March to check on them and she informed me that she had filed an extension and would be getting to them soon. I call again in April and was told that she had had a death in the family and had gotten behind but would be getting to them right away. Again I call at the end of May and was then told she couldn't do them. Why did it take her 4 months to let me know this?!!! VERY unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away, you'd be better of with H & R Block.
