Used service for amended tax return. After sending out, with the assurance that all was correct, i found that he mispelled my name and put an incorrect address (from another state actually). When confronted about it, he immediately went on the defensive and said that it didnt matter, which i find hard to believe. I then got a phone call from the person that referred me. It seems that Mr. Tempia felt the need to call said individual and discuss my financial business. Very unprofessional
