Does not call customers back. I had tried several times during the tax season to get a hold of Mrs. Sharrar. I would leave messages and emails in regards to if my taxes were done. I never received a call back. I even talked to her husband. My husband and I had to make a surprise visit in order to ensure our taxes were done. Not one time were we told by her daughter or husband that Bonnie was having medical issues. After the taxes were filed, we then had an issue with the IRS that was both Mrs. Sharrar's and the IRS's mistake. Tried calling several times and still did not receive a call back. I had to figure on my own what/where the mistake was and to prove my case to the IRS. Luckily for me, the IRS reviewed and agreed I was right. I do not and will not recommend Mrs. Sharrar. And I will never go back.
