Keith has been my accountant for eight years. During that time he was responsible for my sub-chapter S corporation creation. When the corporate renewal came due, I was never informed and the corporation was defunct. He never informed me he did that, and I lost $600.00 his charges to set this up. Recently I received a AZ income tax audit, saying my expenses related to the renovation of some homes didn't qualify. They want $1400 to settle. I sent the documentation to Keith almost two weeks ago. He finally called me last Friday and said, "He would review and get back to me. As of this posting I have never heard back after calling him an additional 3x. Im done with him and moving on.
