Wasted lot of my time. Promised taxes prepared in few days. When I called in a week to ask about progress had horrible attitude and brushed me off with " i have a lot of work". Will get to you when I can. That never happened. I found someone else. i hope he will soon have non with his attitude and his attention to customer and detail.

I would also leave zero stars if that was an option. Told me he would handle anything I had with the IRS. Never told me what we needed to do so he could do that. First tax season with him he doesn't file an extension. When I get a letter telling me I owe thousands to the IRS, he tells me he can't help me I have to deal with the IRS myself. When asked why he couldn't do it, he said he wasn't set-up to do that. When we had our initial interview, he told me to make him the registered agent for my corporation which I did. Today I found out my corporation has been dissolved by the state because he never filed the annual report and never told me to do it. When asked, it was of course not his fault. I had been set-up with a registered agent who notified me when filings were due and let me handle everything simply and inexpensively through their website. This individual is disorganized, incompetent and has horrible customer service skills. He does not answer voice or emails and if you call him on it he becomes indignant.
