Inattentive, delayed returns, slow, easily confused and doesn't respond to emails. He will lie just to put you off, don't believe anything he tells you. Most returns done at the last minute, or he'll say you 'I just didn't get to it' at the last chance to get them in on time. After being a client for 5 years, he's really gotten worse. There are many complaints about him on the 'net, fair warning. Stay far far away.
