Used a few times in the past with few issues, however, attempting to do my taxes with him this last year (2019) was the most horrible experience I would have never expected. He didn't respond for days at a time, did my taxes wrong and I ended up owing the state and when I asked why, it has been radio silence ever since. You're better off going to H&RBlock or doing it yourself.
