I have been trying to contact Michael Craig the last few months regarding 2015 unfiled city income tax forms. I spoke to him one time he said he was working on it and will give us a call back, which he never did. This now has resulted in over $500 worth of fees due and when we called RITA We found out he did not file our 2016 income tax forms either. We are still waiting on a call back.
