No stars. I waited 4 months and no taxes ..why? Because lacey forgot to file them. I called numerous times and the incompetent person at the desk is a little retarded so she like a recording says...just wait..it could take months..???? Why??? I finally called the I.r.s. and no taxes were ever filed.!! Shocker!!! Do not have them do your taxes...very incompetent company. They still want their 125.00 for filing...hahahahahaha...joke right!
