wouldn't use this firm if I were you. Ms. Nelson is rude and refused to provide information for my husband to collect his rightful unemployment benefits after he was laid off from the Rantoul Park District. He worked for Brookhill Golf Course, and Ms Nelson's firm handles the accounting for that municipal entity. When my husband was advised that Ms. Nelson's firm had not submitted the requested paperwork to the IDES office, he contacted her to request that it be faxed. This should only take Ms. Nelson a couple of minutes to complete, but not only did she refuse to do this, but she also told my husband that he wasn't eligible for unemployment, it wasn't her problem that this information was needed, and then she hung up on him! This level of unprofessional behavior shown by someone that is suppose to be assisting her clients in compliance for Tax laws shouldn't be taken lightly. I believe it is necessary to warn people who would consider using her firm of this unprofessional behavior.
