On Jan 31st I paid Richard Demma to become my CPA and open an LLC on my behalf. He did so but made numerous spelling errors on both the LLC name and he switched my middle and last name on the LLC paperwork. I tried to get the issue resolved with him but he told me it wasn't a big deal and that he would change it when we filed for taxes next year! I told him that was unacceptable, that my bank was threatening to close my accounts because my name doesn't match the business owners name, and his response was to tell me to QUIT WASTING HIS TIME. He is now ignoring my emails and phone calls. All beware, he does not care about doing things right, only about getting paid.
