Rude attitude, went there, filed 2 years at the same time, when I came back for my files, the day this ugly dude told me to do so, he did NOT open the door, even tho' he was there, I called and asked again when could I get them and he said the next day at the same time, I went again, and he completely ignored me, and made me wait 30 min. just to give me my already filed papers, now, he suposed to do it electronically, it's been two months passed, IRS haven't received anything, he told me he MAILED them! with a different date from the day I was actually there, not even his information on the actual documents he gave me ! What a piece of crap! At this point IDK if he did send them or not, (IRS closed now due to COVID 19) he charged me $ 200.00 , and treated me like a piece of trash,totally unprofessional! and I think he just stole my money! Untrustable dude and business ! Hope he gets rich with my $$ !
