I have used davis and davis for the past 3 yrs. I brought my taxes and all pertinent info to do my taxes for this year. Brought it in Feb. I have called Mr. Davis 12 times or more with no response. I am concerned because he has ALL MY INFO TO FILE. my taxes yet he refuses to call me back. If he is I'll someone should be notifying his customers if not WHY IS HE NO RETURNING MY CALLS. I'm very frustrated and dont know how to retrieve my paperwork if I need to hire another accountant? If anyone out there can help me out I'd appreciate it.
