DO NOT do business with this lady or place of her employment. They are dishonest and will scam your refunds and will not admit they are at fault. This place is quick to take your money and will disappear when there are issues, leaving you to do the leg work with the IRS and learning about their deceits. Her ex-husband was sanctioned and not allowed to prepare taxes and she has her son helping her. I am sure they both learned a few tricks from him and using their scheme to scam and benefits from their patrons. I have filed for legal actions and again, this women is no help and nonexistence other than a phone call from her son threatening me after I wrote a bad review based my experience. I am sure I am not her first victim and others are afraid to come forward from the non-speaking Asian community.
