Called to get a simple AGI number for my grandson who is trying to work and get told "I know who you are Ms. Ruthie" in a very rude voice and get hung up on!! Which the day before I informed her of who I was!! I never have meet this lady personally but found out who her and Hector really are!! They are not the type of people I would trust with any personal information especially when you get treated as I did. BBB has already been informed as social media will be as well.
