Ms. Arbuckle is the "community manager" for my condos. She was suspicious that my dog was causing a mess in the stairwells and without doing anything to verify her suspicions, she e-mailed the entire community blaming me (about 50 people). Once I proved her wrong she refused to pick up my calls or answer my e-mails. I received a tepid apology from the HOA but I am still moving forward with a lawsuit against Ms. Arbuckle and the HOA. AVOID!
