I'm very disappointed in the services that we received. I have some big life changes happen last year and she was short with us and impatient in answering questions. She spoke in a condescending tone and didn't explain in detail unless pressed. She took over a week to file our taxes from when we had an appt with her. I received documentation that seems to say she filed incorrectly and they were adjusting our refund to less money - I forwarded these documents to her and didn't get any response. I emailed again a week later to follow up and heard form her assistant that she was busy and would get back to us when able. That was over a month ago and I still haven't heard back. I paid her $230 to file for my husband and I and it was certainly not worth the money. I will never be using Lynn's services again and am thoroughly disappointed in this experience.
