Been going to her for 15 yrs. This yr I needed an amendment. Because trump new tax bill, no tax on overtime. She said we didn't qualify. Which I knew was a lie. She didn't want to redo/spend extra effort on. No loyalty, very unprofessional. Won't be using her services again.
