I really hope you see this, we thought you were great until we found out our tax records were screwed up. We went to get our already paid for and prepared 2014s and the lady started to amend them to add the checks that should have been entered! The ones you and your boss "weren't sure of" she wanted to charge us ANOTHER $282. You claim to be an expert but you basically gouged us! If you didn't mean to gouge us, you will find my phone number, you will call me ASAP and you will fix the issue for free! Because now, I am paying H&R Block for NOTHING. I have to do it myself!
