Beware of this business. Toni, the owner, misleads her customers by presenting herself as a licensed tax professional and bookkeeping service when in reality she is not a CPA nor is she fully licensed tax practitioner, nor is anyone who works for this business. This shows in how she conducts business, often using bullying tactics and manipulation to assert control over her clients who assume she has the credentials to back up her claims. Work is incomplete and not in compliance with tax and accounting standards. Business practices and comminications are unprofessional. I just caution you to run the other way.
