I had the unfortunate experience of using Mr.Lightfoot for my personal income tax prep a few years ago. I am now paying thousands to the department of revenue due to multiple errors on my return. I showed up for my appointment and it had been completely forgotten about. His son answered the door and was rude. I should have walked away. Beware
