Does not stay current with tax laws and changes. Missed deadlines and cost us more $$ owed to IRS as well as penalties. .Additional cost to have another tax preparer to amend our taxes. Does not take responsibility for her mistakes. And refuses any corrections or refunds for her mistakes!! Communication is poor. Not home or didn’t leave items out for pickup when scheduled. No assistance with how to prepare with a new small business. Was not helpful in what to use for right offs, loss, etc. ended up costing us $$ owed to IRS with business still being in the red!
