There was no negative star or else I would have gave that my experience with her is she cost me over $1,000, 800 Justin non-filing of my benefits and I'll try to be as nice as I can be and say I would not recommend her to my worst enemy when I went to go pick up my paperwork she literally had it outside on the ground I guess she locked the door! I guess didn't want me to come in. why I don't know very unprofessional cost me a lot of money I will never recommend anyone go there. I believe she knows she messed up but she don't want to fix it like anybody else when you pay for taxes if they screw your taxes up they pay for it that's the h&r block guarantee the only guarantee I got from her was I may or may not have my paperwork thrown outside on the ground from her. You guys tell me who do you know that you hire to do taxes and she messes them up and then don't want to fix them and then throws my paperwork out on the ground outside. it was a copy of my 2018 taxes and the letter I just received from the IRS it wasn't like that's got any personal information on it I don't think huh??¿¿
