Client Reviews of Jerry J. Flynn, CPA

I've been using Jerry the last couple of years for my business and couldn't be happier. He's very detailed, calls ahead when it's time for me to get him any information needed and returns my calls in a timely manner. His pricing is reasonable and he has an excellent staff. Perhaps the lady that gave him a one star review would have had a similar experience had she exercised some patience.

Services provided:

Well... I called the Brooklyn office number first in response to a flyer that we received in our Loch Erin mail boxes. Left a message on Friday. On Saturday, I called the Adrian Office - again leaving a message stating that I was interested in getting rates and setting up an appointment. On Monday, I called the cell number of Owner Jerry Flynn which was on the flyer.... again leaving the same message. "I was in search of rates and appointment options and that I had left 2 previous messages without response". At 1.51PM Monday afternoon Jerry Flynn did return my call but said that I had already contacted him 3 times and it was his opinion that I should probably look elsewhere for Tax preparation services??????? Not quite sure what to think of that? I was not rude to this man or disrespectful in any of the 3 messages that I left? But perhaps its best if no one responds to the flyer for the 2 convenient locations of Hoyt, Flynn and Company of Adrian or Brooklyn? Geeeze. Not so professional???
