Turbo Tax would do a much better job!!! Not a competent CPA. Due to a major oversight or absolute laziness on Eladio Seda's part, the IRS decided to audit us a couple of years ago. Seda should have included 2 schedule C's, one for me and another for my wife but he decided to just combine our 1099 income onto one Schedule C. Guess what? The irs thought that my wife was trying to hide $20k yet all of the income was accounted for. It did not matter, because Pandora's box was open. In the end, I had to pay an additional $13k+ to the Irs. Now, after going back over the last 6-7 years of tax returns with an outstanding accountant near me, I have discovered that a rollover tax deduction for past stock losses was omitted for at least the last 3-4 years too. During my audit, I had called him for help at least 10x and this a$$@&*e did not call me back one time. Hard to believe he still has a license. Go elsewhere!!! Busca otro contador por favor!!! Si podia regalarlo un estrella negativa hubiero hecho eso. Cuando le llame durante mi audit ese carbron no devolvio mis llamadas ni una vez!!!!
