Client Reviews of Bonnie L. Fassler

I hired Bonnie Fassler in March of 2014 to prepare my 2013 taxes. Jan of 2015 I received a letter from the IRS stating my 2013 have not been filed. At that time, I contacted Ms. Fassler - after trying to have clear communication with Ms. Fassler for a solid month, she tells me my 2013 taxes were rejected. Ms. Bonnie Fassler neglected to notify me of this, she cannot provide a date when they were rejected or as to why my taxes had been rejected. She has done nothing to rectify this and I am left cleaning up the mess she was paid in full to handle back in March of 2014.
