The worst possible service I have ever seen. I tried to send my documents for tax return preparation by sharing dropbox link - it was a way too complex for them. I emailed a password protected zip file - they did not figure out how to enter a password. I brought my documents by visiting they office over two weeks ago - they said that there is no need to book an appointment in advance. I called them today trying to figure out what is going on just to find out they are not going to do my taxes at all. I have only 2 weeks left to find another company. Do not trust anything they say.
