We were referred to Daniel Kim by our CPA as we had been audited by the IRS. He charged us $3000 upfront and made 1 phone call to the IRS. He told us not to contact them and that he would handle it from here. He never called them again and lied to us on the phone continuously. We incurred substantial fines and penalties due to hi NON response to the IRS. He now will not return calls or messages. I went to his office which is a shred suite on Rainbow. The receptionist tried to call him and even emailed him with no response. We have since won a judgement against him.
