I absolutely agree with the prior review . They charge you upfront and disappear . My husbands state return was never put though although he was charged .We took it for a second opinion for review at another office because we wondered why he never got his return . they found multiple inaccuracies and we tried to reach out for over a year to get no response. Nobody in her office picked up. She claims she’s a church lady and apparently has disappeared on a lot of her clients who never got their state returns . I think it’s interesting she abandons her business and constantly travels to the Dominican Republic and doesn’t follow up to any texts , voice mails or emails but is quite active and living a lavish life on social media …life must be good on her side … only way we got her to respond after a year was when we threatened to report her to IRS. My husbands paperwork is pending an amendment .

Worst location ever, They do not pick up phones! They will file your taxes and not give you the accurate amount that is being refunded to you. They are quick to pick up the phone only to file your taxes so that they can get paid, They do not help you with any questions. The taxer doesn't ever pick up and the office is no help. Worst experience ever. Will no longer be doing my taxes and neither will my 10 Family members anymore. She doesn't care if she looses customers. They charge about 600 For nothing !
