I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any business with ONEAL FAMILY TAX SERVICES. Amanda R. O'Neal is very unprofessional, she doesn't keep in contact with you and keep you up to date with what is going on. She does not handle business in a timely fashion. She took my payment in full and then did not finish my tax amendment services, because we had words over how she handles or mishandles her clients for that matter. She kept my payment and my personal information and did not complete any services, in the verbal/ written contract we entered into once I sent my information and payment. She is hard to get in contact with, and I have still yet to receive my money or information back from her. I sent her my information and payment in November of 2022 and still NOTHING. I have reported her to the IRS, also the BBB, and we will be going to small claims court.
