I was a victim of it, scammed out of over 1700 because they was collecting my state as a form of payment when I paid in cash I was young and didn’t know any better. And then when I called they told me the “State takes a while to receive” which I never til this day got it. Now these ppl been taking trips in and out the country on others expenses SOO PLZ BEWARE DON’T BE A VICTIM. So if you’re in the Bolingbrook area do not go to DW TAX SERVICE or if she changed her business name Debra White.

They are very slow at getting back to you about the progress of your taxes. One of Debra Sons is very professional and would just be slow in responding back. This year 2017 her son that usually does my taxes isn't working this year. The people doing the taxes this year are very rude and its been a month since they contacted me about my amount or the status of my tax return. Ive been dealing with it for 4 years. I wont be returning to dw tax service. Ive never experienced such horrible services from a tax service company.
