We have paid Jamie over 1200 to file 2 yrs taxes that we gave her back in Oct 2019. She has claimed both have been filed but as of 2/29/20 IRS has no record of neither being filed. We have went daily to her office and called both cell and office phone but never an answer or return call. Tonight i sat outside her office and watched 3 women sit at a desk 5feet from the door while we knocked I then moved my car out of view and waited for someone to come in or out of the door and with in 5min 2 ladies showed up and Jamie let them in...so I again knocked on door and still nothing until I advised I would be calling the police..some lady not jamie answered and wouldnt let us in and said she would have to call her sister to find out where out taxes and files are located...My question is why are my taxes and personal info in someone elses possession and why are they in someones home not in the office...jamie finally shows her face and again tries to tell me the taxes were filed..I informed her I spoke to IrS today and there is no taxes filed by her or anyone else with his social..So now I have to file police reports because my company and personal details are not in a file cabinet or even in the office. This is a nightmare.
