Client Reviews of Jonitha T. Jolly

I sent my information to her on the 6th of February and explained that I needed them done within the next couple of days, she kept telling me she has done them but couldn't give me an amount of my refund for almost a week. Here it is February the 18 and now she decides to file them and give me a total dollar amount. Now thanks to Jolly tax services I'm not able to get anything from my taxes but she made $550 off me. Now if she wasn't going to do them in a timely manner she could of told me that and let me go somewhere else and at least I would have gotten my taxes this year. I don't know what it's like if you go into the office but if she tells you to email your information to her and she'll do them that day, it's a lie!!! Don't fall for it!! She'll keep lying until she gets ready to do them. Thanks for nothing, thanks for continuously lying to me preventing me to go somewhere else, thanks for charging me $550 that you get off top and in the end I get nothing, your the best Jonitha Jolly!! If I could rate you zero stars, I would!
