Loraine has done my taxes thru working with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service She is unbelievably kind, professional and thorough with her tax preparation. As all Americans I am sure this is not a fun process to go through yearly. I looked forward to seeing Loraine and engaging in her tax knowledge and simple sharing of life of my family and hearing about hers. I am told she is not working here anymore and I am so disappointed.I have only had 2 tax preparers during my life and I do not look forward to trusting another.
