Client Reviews of Celvin Hernandez-Arboleda

I started working with Celvin 6 months ago for credit repair. I paid him upfront in full and signed up for a 25$ a month credit monitoring service under his instruction. He also provided me with a client portal to get updated on my account with his company. On multiple occasions when I felt I was not getting accurate updates (he mentioned monthly updates) I reached out to his email, phone, text and received no response for days/weeks when I did receive a response it was always some excuse about him being sick or something. My client portal has not even been updated since November 22 (it’s February!) furthermore in my client portal it provides a graph section breaking down all the details of what’s good, bad, been disputed, resolved etc. On my portal it says 0 disputed and 0 resolved in the last 6 months. Which to me only means that nothing has been done. Pretty much my money was stolen by Celvin. I keep giving him opportunities to be professional cause at the end of the day he can just keep my money and walk away like he did another person in previous reviews but I see it being very unlikely that he will truly dedicate himself to my account. Hopefully this review will help you make a better choice then I did. Don’t get scammed.
