Do not trust this person with your taxes.. she has the worst costumer service.. we informed her we were running late due to the rain. She was well aware of when we pulled up Because I had called her to ask where to park.. she waited until we came inside to call her other client so we can hear how we screwed up her schedule.. from there she was so rude!! After she was done doing our taxes she said we owed money. My husband and I felt that was wrong and off so we asked her to cancel her service and we were going else where exspecailly because of how rude she was. We asked her not to cash our check. She flipped out on us.. had our taxes done else where and got money back.. she still cashed our check without our permission. I called her, asked her why she cashed our check and to return our money and she said NO! She said that we had to pay for her service even tho we were unhappy. I tried to expain to her that’s the risk she takes being a taxes person.. this is fraud!!! Do not trust this lady!!!! All of our family use to go to her and always owed.. after telling everyone our situation they went somewhere else and is getting money back.. something shady is going on here!!!! Do not trust barber lewis!!!
