By far the worst experience I’ve had getting my taxes done. She forgot my paid family leave form and sent it off. So, I realized it and brought it to her attention and asked her to check it for me and she said “I’ll check tonight and get back to you” (that was over a month ago) and I still haven’t heard from her. I’ve asked her multiple times to check and see what’s going on with my refund and like I said I get the “I’ll get back to you” and days and weeks go by and she never got back to me. I have the conversation between her and I of her ignoring me and leaving me on read. Trust me, save your money and go somewhere more professional. All the woman wants is your money and once she has it she doesn’t care after that wether she made a mistake or not.
