Poor customer service. He has very poor customer service and informed my mother that he would not be able to prepare her forms TWO WEEKS after she submitted all her documentation to him. I called to clarify and then told them how poor their customer service was and his wife then got on the phone nod had the audacity to tell me that I shd be doing more for my widowed mother (without knowing any of the background of what I do and don't do for my mom or my own personal circumstances). Rude, la6, unprofessional, combination of all three. Avoid them at all costs.
