I've used Pat Kelly for the past 4 years and I have never had a problem! He's been great and far more knowledgable than at H.R. Block who I had a serious problem with several years ago. Also he's very reasonable. He's been a real pleasure to deal with!

This jerk did my girlfriend's taxes, forgot to file them....and went on vacation. We called him for a week, thinking he had a health crisis, talked to the IRS, we were on hold for hours and hours....then he gets back from vacation. We asked him if he filed them late. His response. Yep. He cost her a late penalty, 5 percent every month the taxes are not paid if full, and did not even apologize. This guy is a piece of garbage! I can not state enough how shitty of a human being he is. After 15 messages, he never even called us. We had to call him.
