I have used Jeannette and her daughter for years. They are both warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Jeannette goes above and beyond for her clients. I have contacted her during the "off-season" for income tax with questions and she promptly responded and did research to make sure she was giving me accurate advice. Jeannette was also outstanding to my son who is a new client to her. She treated him with dignity and respect as she pointed out errors he had made in his previous tax filings. She used humor and did not make him leave feeling down on himself. He now loves her too.
