I have to say that Caroline La Scala makes tax season a pleasure. She is quick when responding to emails/ messages and picks up the phone when she needs additional documentation. She keeps the process going when working for you. You don’t end up in a pile of documents waiting for a call. Caroline is truly a professional and she really knows the tax code so she does her job well. I had an issue with my x writing off the kids when in fact I was allowed to and Caroline helped me deal with the IRS on this problem. I would recommend Caroline La Scala to everyone that gets stressed out when filing any documents with the IRS.
