I filed my tax return with one of Ms. Scott’s employees by the name of Rachel Kyle in Mobile Alabama, in 2022. Ms. Kyle made several errors on my tax return, such as the incorrect date of birth and also did not list all the w-2s provided to her. I immediately called Ms Scott to discuss but was not helpful all. This caused a three year delay in processing. Ms Scottt was directed deposited on 6/18/2025, from the IRS my 2022 tax return confirmed by the IRS by phone number and routing and banking info. Ms Scott claims to have no information on me filing a tax return or my funds and denies having the banking account even though her name address and phone along with the banking inform for direct deposit is on my tax retirn. She refuses to provide me any info and refuses to assist. I never received my funds. This is a dishonest person and should be held accountable for deceiving clients.
