Munro and Associates was recommended to me by a tax prep professional whom I had used multiple times but was retiring. Ms. Munro was very knowledgeable and professional. I am self- employed and have many tax deductions. Ms.Munro spent most of the hour combing through any possible deductions I had coming. She has always been easy to contact and has been very accommodating to my busy schedule. I plan to use Munro and Assocoates again this year!

Went to her for the first and last time... it was a bad experience. I had to call her all the time she never answered, never replied to voice mails, emails. I can to call from a different # which she answered right away! Just so not professional. Would ask her to email something she would say " yes i did" but i wouldn't get it till i called a few more times. Just save your money and energy and go else where. Such a headache.
