If I could give less than 1 star it would still be too much! We had a mutual client who moved to Oregon, Carlos E Hernandez was their prior CPA in Florida. We sent a Tax release request to him for depreciation schedules and other documents that are not provided from the IRS with a POA and this was his communication via email: His Response to us: These documents have been provided to the taxpayers on several occasions…. Not sure why you all keep bothering me for these same documents…wtf? Please tell your clients to stop being lazy, and check k their emails again. So, Please stop being a jackass, there are other ways to obtain the documents you seek. I am not babysitter for your clients , that was never part of the deal. .I consider the matter closed, so I’ll have to block this from continuing.
