Being reported to the IRS for colluding with my husband misdirecting our joint refund into my husband account only. they are former friends and coworkers and stan knew about our messy divorce but they worked out some side deal. he will be a witness in my divorce and then reported to the IRS. he has not answered any of my questions as to why he would betray his client, me. Well that is ok, he can answer to the IRS. i knew he and my husband were friends and former co-workers but he personally told me that even through this divorce, he represents my husband and myself. he tried to play stupid saying my husband reassured him he would split the refund with me- how unprofessional. Stan should have double checked with me. when i signed the paperwork, i saw our joint bank listed and the numbers are similar so they pulled an okie dokey on me but we will see who is laughing in the end.
