Today is May 16 2021 (taxes are due May 17, 2021), Sunday and Stephanie Lahti who I paid to have her as our tax pro reviewer made a major mistake on our 2020 return. She took her time to review our return for a few days and then made a major mistake. Our return has been approved, since we trusted her as an H&R tax pro, and H&R filed our return before they read our message to Stephanie that the return is incorrect. Now I am calling H&R endlessly and keep being transferred from one rep to another with no way of knowing how to fix this issue.
