Shaun Raymond Mohammed prepared my US tax returns. Although I turned in my tax information on time for the returns to be filed by the deadline, they were not filed on time by my tax preparer there, Brodie Brosanac. I was given no reason except that they were "busy this summer." I was assured that I owed no taxes and would therefore pay no penalty. I had to wait until October until the taxes were filed by Shaun Raymond Mohammed. I expressed concern about the lateness and was again assured that there was no penalty. Then I was hit by the notice that more than $3,000 USD in taxes were due. I paid these, but have now been issued a late-payment fee with interest, thanks to Shaun's negligence in filing my taxes. This is a complaint about very poor service.
